TruAris (“TruAris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an autonomous revenue intelligence platform that helps our customers identify prospects, surface buying signals, and manage outreach. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how a prospect can stop being contacted.
Information We Collect
Account and user information. When a customer signs up for TruAris, we collect information about their organization and the individuals on their team, such as name, work email address, and login credentials, so they can access and use the platform.
Prospect data. When a customer defines prospecting criteria within TruAris, we source prospect and company information (such as name, title, company, and business email address) through Apollo.io, a third-party B2B contact and company data provider. We use this data to help our customers identify and reach relevant prospects.
Usage data. We collect information about how the platform is used, such as pages visited, features used, and general activity logs, to operate, maintain, and improve TruAris.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the TruAris platform for our customers.
- Help our customers identify relevant prospects and draft, send, and track outreach messages.
- Power AI-assisted features, such as drafting message suggestions and summarizing signals.
- Maintain account security and respond to support requests.
- Improve and troubleshoot the platform.
Third-Party Services We Use
TruAris relies on the following third-party services to operate:
- Apollo.io - used to source prospect and company contact data based on the prospecting criteria our customers define.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) - used to host the TruAris platform and to deliver outreach and account-related emails.
- Anthropic and OpenAI - used to power AI-assisted features within TruAris, such as generating message drafts and summarizing prospect activity.
Each of these providers processes data only as needed to deliver the service TruAris uses them for, and is bound by its own privacy and data handling terms.
How a Prospect Can Stop Being Contacted
Every outreach email sent through TruAris includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it adds that email address to our suppression list, and TruAris will not send that address any further outreach. A prospect can also reach out to us directly using the contact information below and we will add their address to the suppression list on their behalf.
