Terms of Service

TruAris is a platform for finding prospects, sending outreach from the Customer’s own mailboxes, and managing replies. We may improve and change the service over time.

You are responsible for your team’s accounts, for keeping login details secure, and for everything done under your workspace. Tell us at once at support@truaris.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You will use TruAris lawfully. You are responsible for your outreach, including following anti-spam, privacy, and marketing laws that apply to you (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR), honoring unsubscribe requests, and having the right to use the data you import. You may connect only mailboxes and domains you are authorized to use.

You will not use TruAris to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages; to send to purchased lists without a lawful basis; to get around TruAris’s sending limits, suppression lists, or security; to break the terms of a connected provider (such as Google or Microsoft); or to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service. We may suspend sending that puts recipients, mailbox reputation, or the service at risk.

You own the data you bring to TruAris. You give us the right to process it only to provide and support the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. When your account ends, we delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes.

TruAris works with services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, and data and AI providers. Your use of a connected service is also subject to that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party services.

AI-generated drafts and suggestions may contain errors. Review messages before you approve them. When you turn on automatic sending or automatic conversations, TruAris sends within the rules you set without a review of each message. You are responsible for those rules and for what is sent from your mailboxes.

Fees, if any, are those agreed in your order or plan. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement.

TruAris, its software, and its content belong to TruStack Technologies Inc. These terms give you the right to use the service, not ownership of it.

You can stop using TruAris at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or others.

TruAris is provided “as is”. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any outreach will produce results.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You will defend us against claims arising from your outreach, your data, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and tell customers about significant changes. Continuing to use TruAris after a change means you accept it.
